I work with women who have done everything right, and are now ready to do something true.
I spent four decades in healthcare sales and consulting. I was genuinely good at it. I understood the language of results, built relationships that lasted, and delivered consistently. That part of me was real, and I am proud of it.
But somewhere along the way, I realized I had been living at the intersection of two very different lives and I had been doing it for a long time. Not a crisis. Not a breakdown. Just a quiet, persistent sense that I had been playing a version of myself that was only partly true.
I started the work of asking honest questions. What do I actually value? What kind of life do I want to wake up to? What have I been carrying that I never chose to carry? That process didn't give me a tidy answer, it gave me a direction. And that direction led me to coaching.

The achiever and the seeker
The Achiever
Forty years in healthcare sales and consulting. I learned to perform, to deliver, to lead. I built a career through discipline, relationship, and results and I did it well. This is the life most people saw.
The Seeker
Alongside the career, there was always a quieter life, a persistent curiosity about meaning, inner work, and what it means to live with genuine alignment. This is the life that eventually led me to coaching.
These two lives aren't opposites. They're the foundation of everything I bring to the women I coach.
How I got here
Early
THE BEGINNING
Entering healthcare
I entered healthcare sales not knowing it would become four decades of work I was genuinely proud of. I found I was good with people: good at building trust, asking real questions, and delivering on what I promised.
Mid
THE CLIMB
Performing at full capacity
I built, led, consulted, and delivered. The achievements were real. So was the armor I gradually put on to maintain them. I understood the language of results fluently but I was beginning to question the vocabulary.

Something has to change
From the outside, everything looked right. Inside, I was beginning the quiet, unsettling work of asking whether the life I had built was actually the life I wanted. No crisis. Just clarity, slowly, honestly arriving.

Founding EMZ Life Design
After completing my coaching training through Coachville LLC, a certified ICF program, and joining ICF Connecticut, I founded EMZ Life Design to do with women what I had to do with myself: find the direction that was always mine.
A different approach to change
I believe clarity emerges when you're given the space to think honestly, notice patterns, and embrace play. Change rarely arrives all at once, it unfolds in stages. That is why EMZ Life Design is built around a creative voyage rather than a checklist.
Rhythm over rules
I don't offer hacks or blueprints. I offer a process that respects you, your complexity, and your capacity. My coaching isn't about fixing what's broken, it's about uncovering what was already whole.
Presence over performance
The most useful thing I've learned in 40 years of high performance is that presence is more powerful than pushing. Slowing down enough to actually hear yourself isn't weakness, it's the beginning of real movement.
A creative voyage, not a checklist
We move port to port, allowing your next direction to unfold naturally. Some seasons are about getting ahead. Others are about coming home to yourself. Both are valid. Both are part of the journey.
